Questions Fréquentes
Tout ce que vous devez savoir sur nos services, notre processus et l’entretien de votre putter personnalisé.
How long does it take to refinish my putter ?
Finishes can vary based on the type of custom work being performed. Most customizations will take between 6-12 weeks to complete. An estimated turnaround time will be shown on your order form when customizing a putter.
Timeframes are estimates and may take longer/shorter depending on a variety of factors.
Can you refinish any putter ?
We work on all putter models of all brands, including those with face inserts. Please note that some inserts cannot be removed without breaking. In those cases, we offer insert replacement at an additional cost.
We keep a large selection of replacement inserts in stock, so in most cases this will not add any extra time to your refinishing timeline. However, if the specific insert you need is not in stock and must be rebuilt, this can add approximately 2–3 weeks to the overall turnaround time
I'm not from the United States will you still customize my putter ?
Absolutely! Customers from across the world ship to our workshop. The customer will be responsible for any import fees during shipping but we can help you navigate this part of the process smoothly and are here for you if you have any questions in mind.
Will the finish on my putter wear?
We use some of the most durable finishes available, which makes the coatings resistant to wear in normal use. However, longevity still depends heavily on how you care for your putter: using a headcover, keeping the head dry, and avoiding sandy or heavily abrasive conditions will significantly extend the life of the finish. All finishes will eventually show signs of wear over time, especially on sole and
high‑contact areas, so some patina and minor wear should always be expected overtime.
Why shouldn't I send my putter with my headcover?
Please do not send your headcover when shipping your putter to the workshop, as it will not be returned. When your putter is completed, a protective cover will be used for return shipping.
If your original headcover is damaged and you would like a replacement, there are several options kept in stock. A fully in‑house custom head
How do I know if my putter is plated ?
If you’re unsure if your putter is plated send a message with the make and model of your putter and we’ll inform you. Scotty Cameron Pro Platinum’s and the Red version of Circa 62 models are plated.
How should I care for my putter?
An easy way to identify carbon steel is with a magnet: if the magnet sticks to the head, it is very likely carbon steel and will benefit from this oiling routine. Stainless steel putters, on the other hand, generally only need normal good care (keeping them clean and dry), and a magnet will not stick to true stainless steel heads.
