Shipping
All our putters are shipped with the utmost care. Each putter is individually wrapped in a protective sleeve and then placed in a reinforced cardboard box to ensure safe transport.
Metropolitan France: Delivery in 3-5 business days via Colissimo with tracking.
Europe: Delivery in 5-7 business days via DHL Express.
International: Delivery in 7-14 business days via DHL Express.
Shipping costs
Return policy
Personalized products (custom putters) are not eligible for return as they are made to order according to your specifications.
For standard products (headcovers, accessories), you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you a prepaid return label.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Guarantee
All our custom work is guaranteed for two years against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from regular use of the putter on the course.
If you experience any problems, please contact us with photos of the defect. We will review your request and offer a solution (free repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate).
